How Labrador Works
The Labrador Client is installed at the customer site as a background service on a PC. The Labrador Client periodically polls the printer fleet at time intervals that you specify and relays the information to the Labrador web site. Printers by Manufacturer
This is a handy report designed to give a visual snapshot of the different brand printers/copiers. it can be used during a Document Audit process to easily show the customer his/her overall printer fleet picture.
All Current Meters
The All Current Meters report lists all machines along with the most current meter collected by Labrador. By default, this information is no more than 59 minutes old since Labrador polls the entire fleet hourly.
90 Day Meter History
This is another example of a report designed to help in the Document Audit process. This report shows a 90-day picture of meters from all machines in the customer's fleet along with monthly averages and totals. This report can be sequenced by model, serial, IP address or asset tag number.
All Meter History
The All Meter History report lists an entire year of historical data. Each month's information is listed individually to facilitate quickly spotting usage trends. This information is vital when calculating manpower and other service related requirements.
All Meters By Due Date
This is a very useful report. While Labrador is designed to automatically input meters into today's most popular billing systems, we can not say we work with every system on the market. For this reason, we designed this report. The contract billing person at the dealership would process this report for any time desired. The report pulls only the machines that are due to be billed within the report period. The "Read Date" column lists the day the cycle bill should process. This report, as most of our reports, can also be processed as a .csv file for easy import into other applications.
